Overview:	The Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) Program provides operational efficiencies and improved mission readiness with overall value and flexibility to acquisitions for its customers and end-user organizations. Through this suite of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA), comprised of four Domains (Business and Analytical, Logistics, Programmatic and Technical), comprehensive advisory and assistance services are readily available for requiring agencies. TCSI is currently a BPA holder in two domains: Business and Analytical (B&A) and Programmatic. Operational Footprint & Flexibility: Locations: Off-site (TCSI state-of-the-art facilities), On-site (Government-specified locations) Geographies: Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) Environments: Standard operations, deployed environments (contingency operations, training missions) Compliance: Strict adherence to safety, security, ethics, and mission-specific operational guidelines
Programmatic Domain:	TCSI delivers end-to-end programmatic support, overseeing, evaluating, coordinating, and integrating programs across their entire lifecycle, including specialized support for ATDs, ACTDs, NDIs, and COTS acquisitions.
