Title: Transformation Analyst - DEVCOM AvMC

Salary (Range Based on Experience Level):

Position Description:
Transformation Analyst to provide support to the Transformation Office at the DEVCOM Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC) to provide hands-on execution for the re-engineering of business processes and assist government customers in managing day-to-day team operations to ensure the success of transformation initiatives across AvMC.

In this role, the Transformation Analyst will track and manage deliverables and milestones utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO) or other project management tools and assist in the creation of formal documentation for business processes, knowledge management, and briefings to senior leadership. In addition, this role will provide surge support as needed across the Transformation team and engage heavily with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are captured and provide status updates.

Responsibilities

Support re-engineering working groups with the capture of actions, decisions, and risks identified.

· Track deliverables, milestone, and dependencies.

· Support team scrum master with ADO/JIRA tasking and clean up

· Coordinate with product owners, stakeholders, and developers across projects

Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency, create document drafts, and summarize meeting transcripts for distro to stakeholders.

Qualifications (Education & Years of Experience):
Required

BS or BA degree

· 10 years of professional experience

· Demonstrated experience in process improvement or process mapping.

· Highly detail oriented and ability to multitask across multiple ongoing efforts.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration platforms like Microsoft SharePoint.

· Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoW security clearance.

Desired

Lean Six Sigma

· Experience working in Agile environments and Agile tools

· ServiceNow, PowerApps, ADO, and JIRA experience.

· Business process improvement or digital engineering.

· Experience in engaging and presenting to senior leadership.

· Experience in creating or presenting training material

Minimum Security Clearance Requirement: · Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoW security clearance.
