Position Description:

Program Support Lead Analyst is responsible for the tracking of the activities of the Program Support Team for the UH-72A Product Office (LHPdO). The Program Support team analyzes proposals and correspondence, and develops and drafts an integrated response. Provide technical/logistical/programmatic research, analysis and recommendations for streamlining the acquisition, modification, and sustainment of the UH-72A. Coordinate the review of the contractor's proposed technical approach for the required aircraft modifications and sustainment support with considerations given to schedule adequacy, technical/cost trades and program documentation. Work closely with Government personnel and participate routinely on various IPTs, Tiger Teams, and study groups that are considering the acquisition, modification and sustainment of the UH-72A.  Provide daily guidance to the Program Support Team at the direction of the Business Lead Coordinate and Prepare fact-finding notes and participate, if requested, in joint fact-finding meeting with the Prime. Coordinate and consolidate the POs technical evaluation for final review by the PD/DPD.  Facilitate contract negotiations as requested by Government Contracts and Acquisition Teams Collaborate with BMD Acquisition Contract Management (ACM), Business, Engineering, Logistics, and Production teams to plan and develop schedule milestones for upcoming contract actions.  Assist in the coordination and development of documents required for Contract Requirements Packages for upcoming contract actions, to include conducting market research; determining commerciality; coordinating the development of the Performance Work Statement/Statements of Work, Justification and Approvals, independent government cost estimates, inter-agency agreements.  Attend daily/weekly IPT meetings and PM/DPM staff Inform and support the PD Business Lead and UHPO BMD Chief of all actions and ongoing effort.

Qualifications (Education & Years of Experience):
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years experience
