Title: Program Integrator & Security Professional

Position Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Integrator & Security Professional to support the Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC), providing dual‑hatted support to the G‑2 Security team as the primary focus area, while also supporting the G‑6 Business and Digital Transformation initiative where enterprise integration is essential.
This matrixed role requires a professional capable of integrating enterprise level processes with security policy analysis and cross‑directorate coordination. You will serve as a central integrator for G‑2, driving alignment and operational effectiveness across multiple functional areas.
The ideal candidate brings broad DoD security expertise, including experience with security program management, personnel security processes, and the application of DoD and Army security policies. They understand physical security, access control, and inspection readiness, and can align security workflows that support other cross functioning teams. They can coordinate clearance and visit processes, supporting industrial security needs, and assisting with cybersecurity‑related alignment. The candidate can also identify security risks across functions and develop clear security training, SOPs, and program documentation. Also, demonstrates strong communication, time‑management, and organizational skills, with the ability to balance dual responsibilities, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver high‑quality, integrated support to both directorates.
Required Skill Sets:
• Expertise in process mapping, VSM, BPR, and dependency mapping.
• Strong facilitation skills.
• Experience developing SOPs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple teams to include: security, IT, HR, Facilities, etc…
• Ability to map clearance processing, visitor access, credentialing, and physical security workflows.
• Working knowledge of DoD security program elements.
• Familiarity with DoD security policies such as DoDM 5200.01 and AR 380‑5.

Preferred Skill Sets:
• Experience in a government security or intelligence environment.
• Policy and regulation review experience.
• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Enterprise workflow creation.
• Familiarity with MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo).

Qualifications (Education & Years of Experience):
Required Qualifications:
• Must be able to attain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable DoD and Army security and operations policies and regulations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently while managing multiple competing priorities.

Minimum Security Clearance Requirement: Must be able to attain a DoD Secret security clearance.
