Program Integrator/Master Scheduler

Position Description:
- Manages, plans and coordinates large activities such as business, logistics, technical aspects of numerous programs across the Project Office
- Oversees ongoing activities and tasks to ensure that all specified goals and objectives are met. Monitors and reviews progress reports and other performance indicators for conformance with established time lines, due dates and budget allocations
- Responsible for quality control of programmatic attribute inputs across the program office to include Cost, Schedule, Performance as well as individual discrete information
- Responsible for building and maintaining an accurate integrated master schedule project baseline and ensuring project leads are trained to incorporate information on periodic frequency
- Serves as Program Integrator, providing managers with objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency operations and management by accomplishing a wide variety of assignments concerned with effectiveness and efficiency of current and future weapon systems programs, products and operations
- Position demands a proactive leader who can anticipate challenges, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and provide data-driven insights to leadership to ensure the program remains on track to deliver critical capabilities to the Warfighter.
- Monitor and control the program schedule baseline, manage the change control process, and analyze performance to provide leadership with clear, data-driven status and variance reports.
- Develop, manage, and maintain a resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project, ensuring it accurately reflects the entire program scope.
- Conduct continuous critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and "what-if" excursions to proactively identify potential delays and develop actionable mitigation plans.
- Integrate multiple contractor and government schedules into a single, cohesive IMS, ensuring both vertical and horizontal traceability of tasks and milestones.

Qualifications (Education & Years of Experience):
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree (prefer Master’s) with at least 15 years of professional experience
- Direct and substantial experience working within the Army acquisition
- Demonstrated, expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Project for creating and managing complex, resource-loaded schedules is mandatory with Primavera knowledge desired
- Proven experience developing and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) on a major acquisition or technology development program.
-Experience in conducting schedule risk analysis, critical path analysis, and performance measurement.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work effectively and well with others
- Skilled in interpersonal and intergovernmental communications
- Above average knowledge of MS 365, to include, but not limited to Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Planner, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Demonstrated, expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Project for creating and managing complex, resource-loaded schedules is mandatory with Primavera knowledge desired
