Title: Quality and Safety Engineer

Position Description:
We are seeking a highly capable Quality and Safety Engineer to serve as a central integrator for the G-4 Facilities, Safety, and Quality team. In this role, you will help drive alignment and operational effectiveness across multiple functional areas, ensuring our policies, standards, and processes are consistent, compliant, and optimized for mission execution. This position plays a key role in strengthening our compliance posture, improving operational workflows, and enhancing the safety, quality, and reliability of facility operations across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a central integrator across the G-4 Facilities, Safety, and Quality team, promoting alignment of policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Translate strategic objectives and leadership intent into clear, well-documented processes, workflows, and guidance
• Support the G-6 transformation team by helping streamline enterprise processes, data structures, and system workflows
• Ensure organizational compliance with applicable DoD, Army, OSHA, and federal safety regulations
• Coordinate safety programs, inspections, hazard mitigation activities, and corrective action tracking
• Support modernization of facility operations, including improvements to work order management, physical infrastructure planning, and sustainment workflows
• Enhance quality management systems by strengthening audit readiness, standardizing processes, and improving corrective action systems
• Conduct root-cause analysis, assist with internal audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Facilitate collaboration across directorates, mission partners, and diverse stakeholder groups
• Prepare clear, comprehensive briefings, reports, and documentation for leadership, audits, and inspection activities
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications (Education & Years of Experience):
Required Qualifications

• Strong foundation in DoD facilities management, safety program execution, and quality management systems
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as OSHA, Army Safety Program, ISO standards, or equivalent
• Exceptional process integration skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable workflows
• Strong communication skills with experience supporting leadership, staff, and mission-partner coordination
• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement, root-cause analysis, and corrective action efforts

Minimum Security Clearance Requirement: Must be able to attain a DoD Secret security clearance.
