· Identify and mitigate potential pricing risks.
· Coordinate and facilitate pricing reviews with stakeholders and leadership.
· Prepare and review pricing proposals and quotations in response to government solicitations, RFPs, RFQs, SOWs, and teaming partner requests. Review solicitations to determine cost submittal requirements and collaborate with executive management/business development team as well as teaming partners/subcontractors to meet submittal requirements.
· Conduct thorough cost analysis to accurately estimate the costs associated with fulfilling government contracts.
· Submit requests for pricing data to teaming partners/subcontractors; receive and review teaming partner/subcontractor pricing data.
· Develop labor rates for Federal proposals and contracts of all types – Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF).
· Prepare cost narratives describing methodology used in rate development.
· Prepare price proposal submittals. Organize and compile backup documentation to support proposed labor rates. Prepare cohesive price proposal submittals, including subcontractor rates and backup documentation.
· Maintain MS Excel spreadsheets for tracking price proposals.
When not working on proposal pricing, CPM will assist the operations team with:
· Communicate with upper management and determine program status, identify variances, and recommend actions/response.
· Develop, distribute, and monitor implementation of internal operating policies and administrative directives. Ensure all appropriate deliverables are submitted accurately to the customer before or on the due date each month.
· Ensure obligation plans are documented properly. Meet with IPT’s/PM’s to review goals and provide recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance to plans.
· Prepare, submit, and assist in the defense of budgets required to support all assigned PM programs.
· Works to prepare and enter data for the purposes of reporting and completing CDRLS. Provide direction and guidance for coordinating with the Contracts Manager to ensure sub-contractors’ reports are accurate and complete.

· Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field is preferred; however relevant work experience will be considered.
· Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
· Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); advanced proficiency in MS Excel is needed.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, analyze, and interpret Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Statements of work (SOWs) and/or Government regulations; ability to write cost narrative; and ability to effectively present information in an organized and logical manner.
· Excellent problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to recognize errors and make necessary corrections.
· Ability to appropriately handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
